- You can return an item within 14 days from the date you receive your order at the post office, provided the item has not been used and remains in its original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
- Exchanges are possible for a different size or color, subject to availability in our assortment.
- Return shipping via the post office is paid by the customer.
