Warranty obligations

The SABOTAGE brand guarantees proper quality and compliance of its products with the declared characteristics in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects of materials, tailoring and fittings, provided that the product care recommendations are followed.

The warranty period is 14 days from the moment the buyer receives the goods.

The warranty does not apply to:

- damage caused by improper care or operation;

- mechanical damage and signs of wear;

- defects resulting from self-repair or third-party intervention;

- natural wear and tear of the product.

In the event of a warranty claim, the buyer must provide proof of purchase and preserve the product's retail condition.

The decision on the warranty case is made after inspecting the product.
